Acting Minister of health of Ukraine Ulyana Suprun told how to eat eggs so as to obtain from them the maximum benefit.

Acting Minister recalled that eggs contain almost all vitamins, iron, protein and healthy fats rare. With regard to cholesterol due to the presence of which in the eggs from them quite often recommend to reject, Suprun said that the cholesterol in eggs does not make them harmful.
“Cholesterol is one of the varieties of fats. It is necessary for brain function, hormone production, function, digestion and many other processes,” says Suprun.
The average egg contains about 186 mg of cholesterol, and 62% of the daily value, which can range from 100 to 300 mg, depending on the total number of calories consumed.
So, to get the maximum benefit, you need to eat eggs boiled or poached. Eggs do not need to fry or eat raw. Not eat together with them harmful food, such as bacon or fat. This is necessary in order not to exceed the rate of consumption of cholesterol.
You need to eat eggs along with other useful products. With bread made from bran, vegetables, herring, or sunflower oil. Such foods are rich in fiber and unsaturated fats.
