“Citrus is especially useful for children. Because they contain a range of valuable minerals and vitamins. Oranges, lemons, grapefruits contain priceless for kids ascorbic acid, but do not overfeed babies – otherwise, allergies can not be avoided, warns the doctor. – In addition, these fruits are rich in vitamins a, PP, calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, for adults they can be consumed on a daily basis, but children, especially at preschool age it is better to first give a few Mandarin slices and trace a couple of days for a reaction. If no problems arose – boldly enter the oranges and tangerines in the diet of the child, but more than one orange or two tangerines a day,” says the doctor.
