The former head of the FBI, James Comey, says that Donald Trump was never the worst president, but still he would have rated him “one or two out of ten”.
In an interview with London, UK, the LBC radio station, Komis asked his opinion about the current US leader.
Trump dismissed him in May 2017, for undermining the investigation on suits related to Russia’s interference in the US presidential election.
Radio host Nick Ferrari (Nick Ferrari) asked Komi about how he assesses Trump as president.
Komi said: “I would rate him … one or two, rather, one in ten. We had much worse presidents. Andrew Johnson was a racist, a drunkard and just a terrible person, so I think he was worse. ”
When asked about Barack Obama, who appointed him director of the FBI in 2013, Komi expressed a more favorable opinion, saying that he would “have typed the figure-eight”.
“I assess it mainly through the prism of state security, and therefore, especially in this respect, it was very tough, very decisive when it came to combating terrorism.”
