Solomenskiy district court of Kyiv obliged the National anti-corruption Bureau to open two criminal proceedings against Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman and Minister of science and education Lilia Grinevich.
This is stated in court materials, transfer “Ukrainian news”.
The court found that the Complainant (name withheld) applied to the NEB with a request to open criminal proceedings on the Commission of Groisman crimes under articles 367 (office negligence) and 368 (receiving undue advantage) of the Criminal code.
As for the Grinevich, anonymous asked to open a case against her over abuse of power or official position and office forgery, which corresponds to articles 364 and 366 of the Penal code.
However, data on criminal offences in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations were not made.
After the complaint was filed by the applicant in the Tribunal, which it granted and ordered to investigate this fact.
The circumstances of the request filed by a citizen in NABU, do not exist.
The court decision was made before the New year.
