The Shevchenkovsky regional court of Kiev partially satisfied the petition of Prosecutor on extension of term of commitment for the ex-Chairman of the State fiscal service of Ukraine Roman Nasirov and Director of the Department GFS Vladimir Novikov, who are accused of abuse of office.
About it reports a press-service of Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office (SAP).
“The Prosecutor SAP filed a petition for extension of the validity of obligations imposed on the defendants, who upon review were partially met, except for the obligation not to leave the city of Kiev and Kiev region, the court decided not to continue,” reports SAP on his page in Facebook on Friday, January 11.
As of January 10, prosecutors announced 419 of 774 pages of the indictment. The next hearing is scheduled for 16:00 Wednesday, January 23.
In September, the Shevchenkovsky regional court freed Nasirova from the obligation to wear an electronic bracelet.
Recall, December 11 the District administrative court of Kiev recognized illegal the dismissal Nasirova from the post of head of the State fiscal service.
On 31 January the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Nasirova from the post of Chairman of the SFS due to the acquisition of the citizenship of another state.
