The Committee of the Verkhovna Rada concerning culture and spirituality was removed from the draft law on the state language of the provision on criminal liability.
On Wednesday, December 19, said Deputy head of the Committee, MP Iryna Podolyak.
The bill received 2049 of amendments from deputies and they are in the majority, concerned the criminal liability.
“We worked on the amendments for two weeks every day. Criminal liability from the bill was removed. First, there were a lot of amendments for the removal of this rule. Secondly, you need to understand that this rule is dead – it no use not likely. Thirdly, if we are responsible people, we have to compromise,” said Podolyak.
Thus, if the law is adopted, Ukraine will remain a possibility of bringing to administrative responsibility for its violation. In particular, the bill says that the violation imposes fines, but their size remains unknown.
Recall, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has allowed educational institutions to lease the premises for the purposes related to the educational process.
