On Thursday Parliament will consider the draft law on the procedure of changing the subordination of religious communities

The Verkhovna Rada intends to consider a presidential marked as urgent, the bill on advocacy; issues of agrarian policy, and a draft law on the procedure of changing the subordination of religious communities.

In terms of work time – the purpose of snap elections of rural and village heads.

In addition, the planned renaming of some settlements of Ivano-Frankivsk, Kharkiv, Volyn, Poltava, Vinnytsia, Lviv region and the city of Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky, Kiev region.

Parliament intends to consider a presidential designated as urgent a bill on the bar. For the eighth time in the agenda of the Parliament – the bill to ban the spread of a pack of cigarettes in stores.

Wednesday, January 16, should be a day of ratifications in Parliament. In particular, the Verkhovna Rada intends to consider the bill on Ukraine’s accession to the enlarged partial agreement on sport (EPAS).

The work plan is the ratification of the amended Treaty with Turkey on avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of tax evasion, as well as the ratification of the Protocol with the UK on the same subject.

Deputies intend to consider the ratification of the Memorandum with Austria on mutual access to labour markets, family members of employees of diplomatic missions and consular offices.

In the second reading Parliament plans to consider the bill on social services, in re the second on the protection of economic competition.

16:00 the people’s deputies will work in committees, factions and groups.

Thursday, January 17, work in Parliament plan to start with agricultural policy. In particular, in the first reading the draft laws on requirements to items and materials contacting with food products, as well as the identification and registration of animals.

Next on the agenda – questions of Informatization. Including the draft law on electronic communications; on radio frequency resource of Ukraine, as well as public electronic registers.

In addition, we intend to consider the fuel and energy complex, in particular, the draft amendments to the law “On licensing activity in the sphere of nuclear energy use” in the first reading.

For the ninth time in the work plan – ratification of the agreement with the United States to disclose information about the accounts of Americans in Ukraine (the application of the law of the United States FATCA).

In the second reading Parliament intends to consider the bill on the elimination of financial services Commission.

Also will consider a resonant ecclesiastical question of changing the subordination of a religious community by a vote of the present members of this community.

On Friday, January 18, will be held an Hour of questions to the government. Will also announce the closure of the ninth session of the Verkhovna Rada of the VIII convocation.
