Three-time Olympic champion in cross-country skiing Johannes Clabo broke his stick during the semi-finals of the sprint at the world Cup in Lillehammer and freaked out.

In the last meters to the finish, the Swede Callas Halvarsson stepped on a stick, Clebo and broke it. After the incident, the Norwegian started waving his arms, hit the snow, screaming and cursing. Rivals traveled it, and the Olympic champion finished without both sticks after almost a minute. In the end, Clabo missed the final sprint.

On 24 November, the Norwegian was in the lead at the finish in the sprint at the world Cup stage in Finnish hands. Clabo, looked left and, not seeing anyone from rivals slowed down. Suddenly, his right hand has accelerated Russian Alexander Bolshunov, and toured the Norwegians. Subsequently, Clebo have laughed at the defeat.
