In the evening of June 27, the main heroes of the secular chronicle of Moscow ate well: the restaurant Buro TSUM hosted a dinner hosted by David Perlmutter, a member of the American Board of Nutrition and author of the world best-selling “Food and the brain,” and a popular blogger and a healthy activist Natalya Davydova.
To taste culinary delights, promising health and longevity, this evening came Yana Rudkovskaya, Nika Belotserkovskaya, Oksana Lavrentieva, Victoria Shelyagova, Polina Kitsenko, Elena Krygina, Yulia Bordovskikh and other celebrities.
The menu consisted of dishes selected by Perlmutter’s food system, and Davydova acted partly as a provider of natural products – guests were served a quail from a personal blogger farm. In addition, the secular audience tried gazpacho from avocado, a green salad with shiso dressing, broccoli and cauliflower in miso sauce. It was not without a cake for dessert, but it also fully complied with the principles of healthy eating and was prepared without the use of eggs and flour.
David Perlmutter, who also wrote a book about how what we eat influences our mood, and Natalia Davydova willingly shared with the gathered personal experiences and told about the benefits of healthy eating.
