The Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko intends to send letters to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and the national security Council and defense of a proposal to impose sanctions in respect of private legal and physical persons of the Russian Federation for armed aggression against the ships of naval forces of VSU.
About it reports “Interfax-Ukraine”.
“Today I send (I am a member of the national security Council) letter to the President and Secretary of the national security Council with the offer given act of armed aggression of Russia against Ukraine ships. I consider it necessary in the established procedure to submit for consideration by the Council the question of the application to separate physical and legal entities of the Russian Federation of personal special economic and other restrictive measures, in particular in the form of freezing of assets on the territory of Ukraine”, – Lutsenko said on Monday evening.
In the opinion of the attorney General, the freezing of assets should continue until the de-occupation of Ukrainian territory.
