The delegation of the radical movement “Taliban” from Afghanistan arrived on Sunday in Iran for talks on peace, reports the Iranian news Agency Tasnim, citing the Ministry of foreign Affairs.

“A delegation from Taliban has arrived in Tehran yesterday (Sunday). They held comprehensive talks with Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Iran”, – quotes the channel of a representative of the foreign Ministry of Iran Bahram qasemi.
However, the Taliban have not yet confirmed the negotiations, says the channel.
Earlier, Secretary of Supreme security Council of Iran Ali Shamkhani said that Tehran is negotiating with the radical movement “Taliban” to resolve the security situation in Afghanistan and intends to continue this course.
