The transit authority of Warsaw (Poland) will enter service in the Ukrainian language in the vending machines, public transport tickets.

The initiative to add the Ukrainian language in the ticket machines were made by the mayor of Warsaw district Wola, Krzysztof Strzalkowski. He noted that in Warsaw are tens of thousands of citizens of Ukraine, who study there, work and pay taxes.
“This decision will make life easier for the citizens of Ukraine and show that Warsaw is an open city that cares about the comfort of all residents,” said Strzalkowski.
“We are already preparing the interface, the program instructions in Ukrainian, which we will give the operators balletomania with a request to add them”, – said the representative of Management of urban transport tomáš Kunert.
It is planned that by the end of February, the Ukrainian language will be added to the vending machines of tickets, which now service is available in Polish, English, German and Russian.
Earlier the Ukrainian language maintenance in the vending machines with tickets for public transport, introduced the Poznan and Lodz.
