In October 2018 Ukraine will cover 4 powerful magnetic storms, and weather-sensitive inhabitants of the planet should prepare for four storms and four magnetic disturbances, which could bring about discomfort of weather-sensitive people.

It is reported by the Laboratory x-ray astronomy of the Sun FIAN.

Mid-October is a long period of major solar activity. Three magnetic storms of the first level are expected to be 7, 10 and 19 Oct. October 8, the Earth will lay a powerful magnetic storm the second level.

In addition, 2, 11, 18 and 20 October, people can also be influenced by magnetic disturbances.

During magnetic storms and geomagnetic fluctuations sensitive people may experience headache, insomnia, disruption of the cardiovascular system, decreased performance and fatigue, the increase of adrenaline in the blood, exacerbation of chronic diseases, stress and depression.

Reaction to magnetic storms is different for each person. However, if you are prone to diseases, you have a weakened immunity and you are in a stressful situation, your body may fail to respond to geomagnetic situation serious deterioration of health.

During magnetic storms, as well as in front of them – adjust your diet. You will need to abstain from alcohol and overeating, as well as away from oily, spicy and salty food. At this time, better to focus on healthy food. Autumn is the season of pumpkins and grapes – pay attention to them!
