In Bulgaria near the town of Svilengrad, was abducted and subjected to violence of a Turkish citizen who works as a journalist.

This is with reference to information of local law enforcement, reports UNN.

Stated that the 60-year-old Sukru Benli went to the police, after he was released by the kidnappers. The police found that he had been abducted from Svilengrad 22 December and taken to a house in the village of Chernodub, where he was subjected to violence.

It is known that the victim was left near Plovdiv after midnight on December 23.

As noted, a Turkish citizen living in Bulgaria for about a year and a half. During interrogation he said that he took money in the sum of 3000 euros.

While detained there, and the District Prosecutor of Haskovo in Bulgaria opened a criminal case.
