“On the basis of operational information of the Ministry of internal Affairs conducted a special operation on 2 December this year in hotels, “Gurias” and “Alliance” on the streets of Likhauri,” – said the interior Ministry of the country.
It is noted that during the searches in hotel rooms discovered the Beretta pistols and Makarov, automatic hand firearms and various ammunition.
A criminal case under article 236 of the Georgian Criminal code (“Illegal purchase and possession of firearms, ammunition, explosives”).
