Dutch doctors found that the human body gets used to the cold quite a long time. In the afternoon, when the temperature is 15 degrees in just 10 days, the subjects came to the amount of adipose tissue available to any child and support the vital functions of the body in uncomfortable conditions. At cold temperatures these cells burn “bad” fat, less cold and at the same time lose weight.
