“First, I can hardly imagine how it can change political course, since the probability that the victory of one of the candidates, representing conditional independence. Secondly, from my point of view, the most interesting is the answer to the question – how will individual candidates, except the incumbent President, to fulfill their promises in terms of lowering tariffs,” – said the expert.
According to him, even in the case of Petro Poroshenko as President of Ukraine will be replaced by other people, rates will not decline.
“I think it’s almost unbelievable. Therefore, with high probability, rates will remain high after the elections, even if Poroshenko will leave the post, if it is not re-elected. If he is reelected, it is obvious that the rates will be high. Moreover, he calls the tariffs guarantee that the Russian Federation will not attack the Ukraine. It’s Poroshenko need to ask, what connection he sees between these phenomena,” – said Dmitry marunych.
