Comic actor Will Ferrell was discharged from the hospital “unscathed and full of gratitude to the staff” after a serious car accident on Thursday evening.
Ferrell and his colleague, Andrew Steele, were not seriously injured in the accident and were discharged from the Orange County hospital, according to a statement released Friday by Ferrell’s agents at the United Talent Agency.
Ferrell’s permanent driver Mark Thompson and another colleague, Carolina Barlow, remain in stable condition.
“Will will be with them when they are treated, and expressed deep gratitude to the rescuers who were on time in time, as well as the hospital team that showed such great care to them,” UTA said in a statement. “He is also grateful for all the wishes he and his friends receive from those who are not indifferent.”
Ferrell returned to Los Angeles from San Diego, as he crashed into the car on the way. The report of the California Road Patrol says that the 2007 Toyota car crashed from the back of the SUV in which Ferrell was traveling, being on the right. The SUV crashed into the fence in the course of this.
