Under the new program stand-by Ukraine will receive from the International monetary Fund (IMF) 1,5 – 2 billion dollars.

“If we talk technically, then getting the next tranche depends on the adoption of the budget. The final version should be adopted by Parliament on 1 December. Accordingly, the IMF can offer tranche in the second half of December,” – said Viktor Skarshevsky.
According to him, Ukraine can do without IMF tranche.
“All the money goes to pay off previous loans. Ukraine in the current year will pay the IMF $ 2.5 billion, including interest. I think that the new stand-by program in December or January we will get 1.5 – 2 billion dollars of the amount of 3.9 billion dollars. Typically, the Fund provides half”, – said Viktor Skarshevsky.
He said that the Finance Ministry had enough money to pay external debts, as it entered the market of external borrowing.
