American TV channel AMC has planned to extend the zombie series “the Walking dead” for another 10 years.

Channel CEO Josh Sapan said that the leadership did not confuse the current ratings of the series, which has declined by half since peaking several years ago.
“We have a plan for the next 10 years. This is a neat plan, showed a respect for the large army of fans”, – he said and added that in the future possible spin-offs of the Walking dead.
It is noted that the Walking dead is the highest rated series on AMC. It three to five times ahead of all the other programs on this channel.
Earlier it was reported a popular Comedy series of the 80s “Alf” will restart.
