The Deputy, whom the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko made a comment because of foul language in Parliament, was the faction Vitaliy kupriy.

It is noted that the altercation happened during the President’s speech in Parliament before the vote for the imposition of martial law in Ukraine.
As you can hear, first kupriy shouted “Invest in Russia!”. What the President told him: “Shut up!..”. After that, Poroshenko continued his speech, and kupriy said loudly sitting next to him the Deputy: “let me sit where I want! Yes I FSUs*R!”. After that, Poroshenko was again interrupted and said, “You may not swear in Parliament? You manifest this culture! I hope it’s not “Samopomich”? Then I’m sorry.”
We will remind, on November 26 signed a decree that enacted the NSDC decision on the introduction of martial law.
According to the NSDC, the President proposed to impose martial law with 14:00 minutes 26 November 2018 until 14:00 on 25 January 2019.
On the same day, the Verkhovna Rada approved the decree of the President Petro Poroshenko “On the introduction of martial law in Ukraine.”
Temporary martial law will operate in areas which border with the Russian Federation and the unrecognized Transnistria.
