“Parliament, I believe, did not want to be complicit in the blatant crimes and outright fraud on the part of the state nature protection establishment”, – he said.
The expert said that if MPs voted for lifting the immunity of A. Vilkul, they would have taken responsibility for sanctions against an innocent citizen.
“They didn’t take responsibility for bringing to criminal liability obviously innocent citizen, that is Mr. A. Vilkul and of Mr. D. Kolesnikova.
Earlier it was reported that on October 16, the Verkhovna Rada has not supported the submission of the Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko on lifting the parliamentary immunity of a member of the faction of the Opposition bloc Alexander Vilkul. “For” vote of 137 deputies.
