On the Ukrainian market, the percentage of adulterated butter exceeds 50%.
Comments about this ГолосUA, said the Director of the Association of retail suppliers Oleksiy Doroshenko.
“On the Ukrainian market of adulteration of butter exceeds 50% . This happens because the buyer wants to buy 200 grams of butter for 20 hryvnia. To date, 160 hryvnia per kilogram is a fair price for oil. Unfortunately, unscrupulous manufacturers prey on the fact that many people want to buy butter at the price of 200 gram – 20 hryvnia. But it may not be at such price as the cost of milk is much higher”,- said A. Doroshenko.
He said that in the near future this butter will continue to go up.
“Dairy products are rising in price, and this is the case when the AKM will need to pay attention to this market. If the price will be the market, that dairy products will become cheaper. In the near future this butter will continue to go up. The cost of adulterated oil will not rise in price”,- summed A. Doroshenko.
Recall butter in Ukraine, is breaking price records. For 2017 this product has risen by a third, but the amount of cream in it only decreases.
