At the age of 84 years died Arkady cher animator and Illustrator of children’s books, Creator of all images of legendary heroes “Prostokvashino”.

“With deep regret we inform that on 85-m to year was not our friend, colleague, talented artist and animator Arkady Solomonovich cher,” – said in a statement on the Union website.
Cher created the cartoon characters: “Break No. 2”, “the adventures of Vasya Kurolesov,” “Sweet spring”, “two to five”, “Sherlock Holmes”, “As the donkey sadly ill”, “the cat who could sing”, “Stereotypes”, “Quady kVA”, “Ball of flowers”.
He was also the author and artist-Illustrator of books (Tridtsatye tales, Caught the top on the hook).
Arkady cher in the years 1959-1992 worked at the Studio Soyuzmultfilm first as a renderer (about 40 movies), 1979 – art Director.
Recall, forty years ago, the screens out “Three from Buttermilk”. Later, the authors published two other series of the popular cartoon “Holidays in Prostokvashino” (1980) and “Winter in Prostokvashino” (1984).
