According to sources, the list of sanctions will include “a dozen people”. We are talking about the leadership of the Main Directorate of the General staff of the Armed forces of the Russian Federation, in which publication appears under the same name – the Main intelligence Directorate. Sanctions can be imposed within the agreed EU restrictive measures against countries that use chemical weapons.

According to The Times, the United Kingdom hopes to enlist the support of France and Germany. In addition, in October the head of the British foreign Minister Jeremy hunt discussed the issue of sanctions with a colleague from Hungary. In the framework of the sanctions London wants to freeze the assets of Russians and prevent them from entering the EU. The British government expects to obtain the approval of the partner countries “within a few weeks,” said the newspaper. Publication of the blacklist is scheduled for Dec.

Moscow denies all the charges, and these persons he calls “civil”.

It should be noted that Petrov and Bashirov — the Russians, the names of which are called fictitious. According to the Bellingcat investigation and The Insider, under the name Ruslan is hiding Bashirov 39-year-old Colonel Anatoly Chapiha.

As reported UNN, October 8 journalists of Bellingcat published a report which stated that the real name of the second suspect in the poisoning of Violinist Alexander Mishkin.
